The RRCA works with individual volunteer hosts from member running clubs, events, run specialty stores, and corporate clients to host RRCA Coaching Certification Level I courses and Level II Sessions. The representative from the club, event, run specialty store, etc. must complete this form so the RRCA can gather contact information, geographic location, local goals for hosting the course, date availability, etc.

We are scheduling in-person and online courses for 2025. Courses are planned 3-6 months in advance to allow for adequate planning and promotion. Take this into consideration when completing this form.

Courses are not scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis, and applying does not guarantee your location will be selected for hosting a course. The RRCA works with prospective hosts and instructors with an eye on the ability to attract maximum attendees to a local, quality course location, geographic diversity of the course during a given time period, and other important considerations including membership in the RRCA. Detailed instructions will be provided to approved course hosts once selected.

For example: YMCA, meeting room at a local store or business, local university, etc. We encourage hosts to find meeting space in their community that is free of charge. The space MUST be clean and professional and accommodate 35-40 people seated at tables. The room must have power and working AC/heat available as needed. Hotel space is discouraged.

Please enter a number from 5 to 40.
The RRCA requests that you have at least 15-20 people that are committed to taking the course before you submit this request to host a course. Individuals wanting to host a course without committed attendees will not be considered. The RRCA provides approved hosts with priority registration before opening the course up nationally to ensure your community can register in advance.
