68th RRCA National Convention April 9-12, 2026
We invite you to register for the 68th RRCA Convention, which will be held in Arlington, VA between April 9-12, 2026 in conjunction with the Credit Union Cherry Blossom 10 Mile Race. Join hundreds of club leaders, race directors, coaches, sponsors, and industry leaders at this fun-filled, educational conference for the running community were we celebrate running, fun, and friends.
Register before August 1st for the best pricing of $399. Price increases to $425 August 1 through December 31, 2025, then $450 January 1 to event date. Registrations are transferable for club and event leaders, so get registered early for the most affordable, education-packed, 2-day conference for running community leaders.

The Convention schedule allows for people to complete the RRCA Coaching Level I Certification Course while participating in networking activities at the RRCA Convention.
Registration fee for this special coaching cohort is $475 (before 12/31/2025. Price increases to $500 on 1/1/2026)
Coaching course participants must attend ALL Coaching Certification sessions built into the RRCA Convention schedule. Failure to attend a cohort session will result in not being able to take the final examination.
Coaching Level I Certification Cohort schedule:
- Session I – Thursday, April 09 – 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (includes lunch)
- Session II – Friday, April 10 – 9 AM – 12:00 PM
- Session III – Friday, April 10 – 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM
- Session IV – Saturday, April 11 – 9:00 PM – 4:00 PM

The Level II Coaching Certification program is open to all RRCA Level I Certified Coaches in good standing who have been certified for a minimum of one year. The Level II program is designed for coaches seeking to enhance their knowledge or reinforce concepts learned in Level I.
The RRCA will host a Coaching Level II In-Person session as part of the Convention. We have developed a schedule that will allow you to complete this Coaching Level II Certification requirement while participating in several networking activities at the RRCA Convention.
Registration fee for this special coaching cohort is $475 (before 12/31/2025. Price increases to $500 on 1/1/2026)
Level II Coach participants must attend ALL Coaching Level II sessions built into the RRCA Convention schedule. Failure to attend all sessions will result in not being able to include this requirement towards Level II.
