RRCA Certified Coach I am a run coach that is passionate about helping runners accomplish their goals! I have found success with runners looking to accomplish their first big running goal, improve their performance (achieving a new PR!) and/or trying a new distance. I will work with you and your life to fit in the run training that works for you! I am passionate about the role running can play in each of our lives and the manner in which the benefits bleed over into other aspects of life. I offer support, accountability, expertise and will be your cheerleader, helping you reach your running goals!
