RRCA Certified Coach Robyn is a Physical Therapist and a RRCA Level 1 Run Coach in the Portland, Maine area. She is passionate about helping her patients/clients stay as healthy in their running and other activities as possible. Robyn has an holistic approach to healthcare. She recognizes that each individual is a unique combination of factors, and her emphasis on education empowers you to understand your body better. She believes that the more you know, the more progress you can achieve. Robyn's expertise covers a spectrum of specialties, including runners, pelvic health, pregnancy and postpartum care, barbell athletes, hikers, youth athletes, and golfers.
