RRCA Certified Coach A bit about my background in running. -I have run over 50 marathons, including 8 Boston, 4 different continents, I was one of the first 5000 people to get my 6-star -I have done over 20 70.3 distance triathlons and 7 140.6 triathlons, including Kona (2023) which is the World Championship -I have paced a few 1/2 marathons and brought several people to a Personal Best (PB) I have run a 4:50 marathon and a 3:14...so, I know how it feels when things go wrong and when they go right. 🙂
