Coach Tom Rutkowski

I am a triathlete whose best discipline and passion is running. I've run distances from 5K to 50 miles, and most enjoy the half marathon distance. I am a scientist by trade, and particularly enjoy merging the analytical aspect of coaching with the art of putting together a plan. I've worked with novices and seasoned athletes of different ability levels, ages (high school and older), at different distances up to 50K. I believe that coaching is a partnership between coach and athlete, and is why good coaching can be so much more valuable than an off-the-shelf plan!
