RRCA Certified Coach I’m a certified RRCA running coach with a lifelong passion for helping others discover what they’re capable of. I started running seriously in 2022 and have not been able to stop since. Like many, I’ve experienced the highs of breakthrough races and the lows of setbacks and burnout. That journey is what inspired me to start my coaching program built for runners who want more than just cookie-cutter plans. I bring a structured, analytical mindset to training, but I also believe running is deeply personal. That’s why I work closely with each athlete to craft a plan that fits their goals, schedule, and mindset.
