PHILOSOPHY Every runner is different: different goals, different motivation, different lives, different โ€œwhyโ€, different careers, different goals. I meet the runner where theyโ€™re at and we work towards where they want to be. Coaching an athlete is more than just writing a plan for someone to follow. Itโ€™s a relationship, I truly believe that is the most important thing. Anyone can write down how much or how long you should run for but as I mentioned before, everyone is not the same and what works for one may not work for another. Trainer smarter, not harder. Running the most miles doesnโ€™t make you the best runner, again, one size does not fit all. Being smart and training as much as your body will allow without injury is important which includes cross training and strength training.
