Triathlete, marathoner, mother of three beautiful girls, happily married for 25 years to my high school sweetheart. Born and raised in the beautiful Island of Puerto Rico. Joined the US NAVY after graduating college and ended up in beautiful San Diego after 7 years of service to this Great Nation. My love for the outdoors and innate nature to be the best have steered me to the field of personal training. There is no greater satisfaction to know that I can help others achieve their physical greatness.
