I'm a passionate runner and RRCA-certified running coach. I enjoy racing everything from the 5k to the marathon on both roads and trails. Having goals and putting races on the calendar keep me motivated to train and stay fit. I also love continuously learning and helping others achieve their own ambitious goals.
