Coach Henry David Hall

Since 2004, David has been coaching athletes of all ages and abilities at distances from sprints to ultra-distance events. Along with his Road Runner Club of America Level 2 coaching certificate, he is also a USA Track and Field Level 2 (Endurance) certified coach.

David has coached clients in all of the World Marathon Majors races (Berlin, Chicago, New York City, Tokyo, Boston and London). Numerous clients have qualified for and run Boston with a qualifying time, even with the tighter standards of BAA selection committee picking those to get bibs initiated for the 128th running (2024) of the race.

David has completed courses of instruction from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) as a Women’s Fitness Specialist, Sports Nutrition Specialis, and Personal Trainer. He is certified as a VDOT O2 coach by Dr. Jack Daniels. David is a “middle of the packer” who has studied human physiology for improved running and has been accredited by National running organizations that he possesses that knowledge.
